This is just a beggining image of someone who is wearing make-up and who has cried which was given with the use of a wet cotton bud and eyeliner. 
Here is a practise shot of potential make up to be used by our Actress, using Simply a black powder to give a dirty impression around her forehead, neck and chin while using an eyeliner pencil to draw on thick eyeliner and then use a wet cotton bud to give the impression that she has been crying and is now distraught.
Here is there a few more things added such as the use of a silver _____ to highlight the outline of her nose, as well as the black powder running down either side. There are small implications of blood as if she has scracthed her face with several cuts to one side of her mouth.
