PRO: Timeline of the Day

Intended Time
Intended Task
Arrive at 10 am
Set up all of the equipment, outline how we were going to film what shots in what order by 10.30am
- Some of our equipment was not present so and using the track didn’t work our as easily as we thought so we had difficultly decided how to film our first set of shots. It was our first time at the studio, which meant we had to designate each victim a setting that took much longer than expected as we checked out all of the options.
10.30 – 11.30
Film our low angle walking shots (shots 1,4,7,12)
- As we began later than expected and took longer setting up we started filming our first shot at 11.00.
11.30 – 12.00
Set up and film in an interview environment and film both victims, while the second victim is filming the first should begin make up.
- With complications revolving around our first set of shots it was 12.30 before we even thought about the next set and as the makeup artist was one the second victim, the first victim had to wait until the first was finished filming before the makeup could begin, taking more time.
12.00 – 12.30
To have victim 2 in make up and set up ready for all of her shots, while victim 2 has make up done.
- We also used a third victim, which meant that we had to do another persons makeup before we began filming also adding more time. It was now 2.00
12.30 – 2.00
To have completed all of the shots for victim 2 and allow our actress to leave and go home. To the begin working on the setting for victim 1.
- All of the second victims shots were completed within 1 hour which meant that she left a little later than expected but it was on time.
2.00- 3.00
Complete all shots where victim 1 is needed.
- These shots were finished pretty quickly as they were all in the same setting and using the prop of meat that had already been prepared.
3.00 – 3.30
To save enough time to take some final shots, which might be needed/ optional shots.
- There were several ideas which we had while at the studio although we were running late there was still time to finish up although our battery run out by the end of the day which was approx 4.
