Here are some sketches which have been designed for our final logo, we have decided to go with specifically a horror themed logo alongside a normal logo which is representative of the company as a whole. Within our logo we needed to give a sense of horror, so by adding a hand crushing a globe we are denoting destruction and pain. These are emotions typically associated with horror which means we are representing the genre. Once we added the text to the image of the hand and the globe we still found that there was something missing which is why we decided to add a big screen cracking to give a better effect. The final logo has blood spatters across it also which adds more detail to the image.
Here are a few designs we have made for our conventional and normal trailer, we are being consistent and keeping the globe however we are showing the globe in a better light by having a city skyline coming out of it. The way the city skyline had been designed, its representative of a crown as thats almost what it looks like. We also wanted this logo to represent comedies which is why we thought about adding arms to the planet.
