We wanted to take some shots of our locations as this is where we were able to film and where we got most of our footage. Some of our pictures were taken on college but wither on the blue screen or a black screen which was used for our magazine feature image.

POST: Skills Development Software

Throughout the whole Coursework process, we as a group will be working with a number of different software types. Firstly we will be working with Microsoft word which will be used to help type up software treat ments and documents to help build our Blog.

What we are currently using is Blogger, which is going to be used as a virtual scrapbook for the progression of our teaser trailer, every idea we have will be shown and our work building towards our final project will show you. We have all worked with blogger before and know that its simply blogging system is easy to use and means that its possible for us to organise our research and ideas.

Another piece of software that we will be using will be Final Cut Pro X which is our editing programme, this is a new piece of software which has only been introduced to us this year. Eilish has had a brief interacting with final cut pro although none of the group were able to perfect a teaser trailer, by working with it and practising with our practise pieces we are able to find shortcuts and experiement with how drastic our editing can be. Depending on our skills working with final cut pro will make a huge impact on our final project.

Photoshop is software that we are all fimilar with, although John has a deeper understanding as he is a graphics student. By working as a team we will be able to perfect our photoshop skills to his level and hopefully beyond. Photoshop is vital for our poster as we will be focusing on detail and small adapations.

Garageband is a very useful piece of software and we have the expertise within our group to work with it. As we have to create our music ourself, i feel that Garageband is vital with timing sound and ensuring that its in sync with the video itself.
